Ingredients Ingredients 1/2 cup of dried thyme 1/4 cup of fresh thyme leaves, chopped 1/8 cup of green parsley, chopped 3/4 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/16 teaspoon of crushed cloves 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary 1/3 teaspoon of smoked paprika 1/6 teaspoon of paprika salt 1/32 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 tablespoon of water to taste 1 cup of raw milk 1 tablespoon water Instructions Put the dried thymes, thyme, parsley and rosemary into a medium bowl.
Add the oreganol, crushed cloves, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add milk to the bowl and mix well.
Add water and mix.
Pour the mixture into a large glass jar.
Put the lid on and let it ferment for at least an hour.
In a small bowl, whisk the water, rosemary and the cooked thyme.
Pour it over the paragiso and mix gently.
